On top of that, Kurt showed the kind of personal care you rarely see anymore he actually remembered how particular I am about my truck and made sure to wipe off the water spots before I picked it up, even in the rain! Just fantastic customer service, craftsmanship, and genuine care from Kurt and his crew. I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else!!!"

I can say that Alex dressed, presented himself and spoke professionally. As did he last time, he went the extra mile to try and make me feel comfortable and make sure that all of my concerns w/ my car were explained and addressed. He is definitely an asset to Calliber. As a customer who has used Calliber multiple times (twice in the past month ) I would say, he should be considered for a raise with such great customer service.
